DVD RW Drive Problem

Short and sweet! Last few days my DVD RW drive is constantly spinning up.If for instance BF2 disc is in there [it usually is] it will spin the DVD up without prompting and will not stop. The drive is less than 6 months old and is a Benq.

Any ideas?
