DVD-RW showing as DVD-RAM in XP

For some reason my Samsung SH-S223F/BEBE 22x Dual Layer SATA Black DVDRW drive has started showing as a DVD RAM drive in XP when I click on My Computer. Its stopped reading discs, although it will still read my XP disc.

It was working fine yesterday as I installed and played some games but today its showing as a DVD RAM drive.

Any clues as to why? Its the one below.

If it reads DVD-RAM discs (as it does), it will show as a DVD-RAM drive by default in XP. Nothing to worry about there. As for not reading discs, that shouldn't be related.

The last couple of Pioneers do that and last few after Firmware updates.
