hi all i have a 27'' benQ monitor and if i have it pluged in by the hmdi cable there is about 1.5-2cm between the picture on the screen and the edge of the screen, but if i have it pluged in by the normal dvi cable, the picture goes all the way to the edge.

both resulutions are the same (1920x1080)

what is causing this?

thanks
ian

idk what nvidia cards have but should be similar

cool, ill have a look.
it is not a expensive hdmi cable, but should it be better than the dvi, or doesnt it make really any difference?

just found the CCC, looks like version 12.10 is the newest one.

hopefully it will work as i have got the HIS iceq Boost on

di i need to download the Catalyst Software Suite first (12.10), or just the AMD Catalyst Application Profiles (12.11 cap 2)
