Hi guys,
I'm almost sure of what the answer is to this one but I'd just like your opinions and hopefully agree with me on this!

My TFT had been working fine on DVI up until a few days ago when I swapped my PC into a bigger and better case. Switched PC on, using DVI for output of course, BIOS shows up great, Loading Windows XP shows up great, as soon as it gets into windows orange light on TFT, goes into power save mode....

I was really cacking it by then as I thought my gfx card had gone faulty so I tried the DVI to analogue converter and plugged the VGA cable into the analogue VGA connector of my TFT, presto it works perfect.

I then proceed to try my TFT on my brothers computer which has a different graphics card. Shock horror, the TFT shows his BIOS screen and the loading windows logo but as soon as it hits windows it goes into power save mode.... At this point it was all becoming clear. :(

My brother also has a plasma TV which has a DVI input, I plug the cable from my graphics card into his telly and lo and behold, it works perfect without a hitch.

Am I right in assuming that the DVI side of my TFT has gone haywire?
