DVI port not working on 560ti

I have a Asus GeForce GTX 560Ti DirectCU II 1024MB GDDR5 that I got from Overclockers last month. I have just tried to hook up a second monitor to find that one of the DVI ports seems to be faulty.

There are 3 ports. 2 DVI's and an HDMI.

The DVI port on the left will only output to VGA for some reason. The other one works fine.

Have tested the following:

- Rolled back to old drivers
- Taken out the card and put it back in
- Different DVI cables
- Tested going back to my old 260 to try both ports (both worked 100% fine)

The dodgy port WILL display using a DVI to VGA cable. It won't using a DVI to DVI or DVI to HDMI, either when used alone nor as a secondary monitor. The cables work fine as they display with no problems when using the other port.

Does anyone have any other suggestions as to what I can attempt to try and get it working, or am I going to have to send this back?

Shot in the dark but the second DVI socket might share its electronics with the HDMI port...is there a jumper or something to change which one is enabled? Or maybe it's auto-sensing and only works if nothing is plugged into the HDMI port?

There's no visible jumper that I can see, but it doesn't work when nothing is plugged in to the HDMI port anyway.

I've tested it using only the DVI port, and nothing in either of the other two, and it won't work. If I switch the cable to use the other DVI port it works fine.
