DVI Problems

I just received the 27" Hazro HZ27WC monitor and have come across a problem. Both my graphics card slots (GTX 570) are DVI-I whilst the monitor is DVI-D. Is there any cable or adapter I can get to make my monitor work? Or am I going to have to return it?
A bit of googling told me DVI-I graphics cards to DVI-D monitors should be fine, so why doesn't my monitor pick up? Do I need to buy a DVI-D cable?

Thanks.

It came with a Dual Link DVI Cable, is that the same as a DVI-D? If so, my PC doesn't pick it up at all.
Nevermind, I just read the manual again and it is a DVI-D. So, does this mean my graphics card is not compatible? As it says it needs to be dual link compatible.

The cable it was supplied with is the correct one to use and should work with your GTX 570.

They should both work but try both DVI connectors on the graphics card just in case.

I tried both of them and nothing was coming up, I restarted my pc both times to make sure. The blue light just flashes and no picture comes up at all. So I connected my other monitor then connected the Hazro and it wasn't picking up.

Yes, the cable you need is a dual link dvi-d cable... And a quick google shows that your gpu should support it... What make is your gpu?

Test the cable with the other monitor (I think you did?) if it works, RMA your broken Hazro.

Oh, worth a check I guess.. tried all dvi inputs on the hazro? (if it has more than 1..)

I can't check it with my other monitor as it doesn't have the same connection and the Hazro only has 1 DVI input.

EDIT: Got it working, messed around with cables, switching them and whatnot. Finally, after I switched which way the cables went in it started working. So I'm on it now. Only problem is a tiny bit of dirt or dust is stuck under the screen. No dead pixels though.
