Is there such a thing?

I've got a DVI KVM, but running it at 2560x1600 introduces interference to the picture presumably due to the length of the cables between the GPU, KVM and the monitor.

Have you tried different DVI cables , just incase you have a duff one ?

DVI being a digital interlink you shouldnt really get interference , it should either work or not

What type of interference is it ?

Nah, it's the Belkin DVI-D Switch 2 with non-detachable cables, it appears as sparklies similar to GPU problems. Originally I thought it was the unit overheating but I've had it on for a bit now and since I've started looking for a booster it appears to have stopped :p

Had the same issue when I first bought it and reading around it's a definite issue with the cable lengths and high res.

You NEED one of these, buy now. :)
