The video signal in HDMI is sent in the same way as DVI, so a cheap DVI->HDMI converter or lead will get you connected.
Technically, the 360 is a bit fussy on what resolutions it supports, as long as your monitor has enough supported resolutions in it's EDID information, it should work fine.
