I was thinking of buying one the Zotecec geforce 9800 cards.
However, I noticed this doesn't have a vga port - only DVI.
Now I i have an adapter and tried it with my current card.
However, I noticed that part of the screen is cut off using 1280x1024.
This always happened in the past with my monitor (Hyundai q995) when the refresh rate was set lower than 85mhz.
Having looked around, it seems DVI is limited to 60mhz.
So is this likely to be the case with the new card?
Nothing recent seems to have a vga port.
