DVI With NEC20WGX2

Had my new NEC20WGX2 a few days ago just wondering if there was any need to buy a DVI cable for it ?

DVI is noticeably cleaner and crisp on my 20WGX2 compared to VGA.

i think he means does it come with a dvi cable or not? I seem to remember it does, not 100% though.

edit: actually, reread the post and considering he got it a few days ago, i'm guessing he knows whether it came with a cable or not!

Strongly agree with ya on that one, I only use my vga to gain access to the BIOS otherwise its DVi all the way!!

Ok, I read that with some screens DVI makes to visible difference at all. But for £8 odd on OCuk I think I will pick one up.

Not paying the £50 that certain high street electrical stores are charging for them though!!

Officially, yes it does. They must have missed it from your package but that doesn;t mean you can say no it doesn't come with a DVI cable, only that yours didn't.

mmm it does show the DVI cable in the manual in the contents but I definately did not get one in the box. :rolleyes:

Having said that I think I didn't have a USB cable? Which I think is used so you can use the USB ports at the left handside of the monitor!!

Picked one up from work so wasn't a major issue for me!

I'd contact OCuk if thats where you purchased it from and see what they can do for you, or pick one up from an auction site cheap?

1 x DVI 1.8m cable
1 x VGA 1.8m Cable
1 x 1.8m USB A-B cable
1 x 3m Kettle Power Cable
