DVI?

I understand the benefits of DVI; direct digital, no need for a DAC, etc; but what is the actual difference in image quality between VGA and DVI. I'm trying to decide between the V7 L22WD and the Belinea 2225S1W. The latter looks to be the better monitor, but the lack of DVI is worrying me a little.

I'm planning to use it for office work, and some light gaming (mostly WoW, but also the odd game of DoD). Will I notice any difference?

TIA

I personally do not see a difference even worth worrying about. In fact the difference is so tiny, the vast majority of people wouldn't notice it. Buy a VGA monitor with confidence, so long as the actual panel is of good quality, the image will always look good.

In the old days when DVI was first implimented there was a really big difference, VGA was simply a no go.

Nowadays there's normally little difference, but check.

Everyone say they dont see a difference, maybe it was my monitor or some setting, but I had at some point with my previous Hyundai q17 used the VGA cable in stead of the DVI, and thought it was terrible. The Text on screen looked so blurry, it hurt my eyes!

As far as i know I'm the oly person who has experienced this, or maybe the VGA adapter I had to put in the DVI slot had something to do with it (played on my monitor with my Xbox).
