DVLA Freepost or need stamp?

Sending my License and V5c back for change of address, have 2 addys:

DVLA
Swansea
SA99 1BN(& A)

Are these freepost or do i need to add a stamp? Anyone know?

yeah, cant see freepost anywhere, except my "gutfeeling". Maybe changed it. Not worth the risk either way, stamp it is!

I dont recall ever needing a stamp when sending stuff to them :confused:

iirc they send you a pre paid envelope with it when they send you stuff to return but when you are not using a pre paid return envelope you need to put a stamp on it. it's only 30p after all :eek:

definitely have to pay for postage (whether it be a stamp, registered or special delivery) when sending things to them.
