I'm having a frustrating problem when trying to view remote CCTV footage via the web interface provided. The stream works 100% fine with any other machine but this one and is proving to extremely hard to troubleshoot.
As part of the setup you are required to install a ActiveX package which is provided, however upon installation it won't allow writing of the files to C:\Windows\System32. I've adjusted all of Internet Explorers settings, tried resetting the settings and alternate browsers.
I'm pretty sure its a problem with these files not being accessed and have tried the Administrator account as well as taking ownership of the files via the command line. Here's some screencaps if that helps at all.
