DW - Layers :(

Hi all,

I've made a website in photoshop and sliced it, i've wanted to add text to the site so ive made a layer over an image, all seems fine at my current resolution 1900x1024 , once i change my resolution the layer moves and looks really pants.
i'm using DW to manipulate the site and add text etc.
