So your x2 5770 is beating my 2x hd5870 :( That's doesn't seem to good. Is this benchmark a good one to test with anyway, anything better that could be recommended ?

I've jsut downloaded this 3d mark thing and about to install, I found some benchmarks to compare against. Do you have it ?

Ahhh ic, Sorry I didn't realise you had posted 2 tests. Ok well at least I know it's all working, I got the 3d mark now not sure waht to do with tho. I'll try do a test or something, is there any normal ones or do u have to choose settings yourself ?

If you are running that Q6600 at stock, then I would most certainly say it will be bottlenecking CF 5870's.

Give it a nice easy OC to 3.2GHz and you'll give them room to breath.

Just for info, at:

Settings
Render: direct3d11
Mode: 1920x1080 fullscreen
Shaders: high
Textures: high
Filter: trilinear
Anisotropy: 4x
Occlusion: enabled
Refraction: enabled
Volumetric: enabled

With Tes. Enabled I get 26.1FPS with a single 5770 @ 960/1400.

3d mark06 vantage score wasn't v good, it was 17333, think it only used one card tho. Confused ?

yeah mate thats not right my single 5870 gets 19,000 in vantage and here my Unigine Heaven Demo v1.0 for you to compare
