DX Racer Wobbles

So I have had my DX Racer since March 2015 and over the last month I have noticed it has developed a wobble in all directions.

I have made sure all the bolts and fittings are tight and that it isn't the floor. I believe its coming from the main stem.

Just wondering what my current solutions are on this matter? I have checked the OcUK Website which states "Guarantee: 2 years"
