dx secure, who be they?

just spotted on delivery options 'dx secure', which is letting me select free delivery to NI. (woohoo by the way!!)

anyone shed any light on who they are, did a search on the 'latest news' forum but couldn't see anyything mentioned. I take it they are a new courier option?

or am i being blonde??

hope it becomes a permanent fixture, it's nice to get free NI shipping. Currently only get free delivery via royal mail on lighter items, so this free delivery might twist my arm to part with 50 notes for the venomous x!
