DX11 card

i currently have a GTX295 which is only a DX10 card and have seen that GTX470 cards are reasonably priced, i don't need anything much better than my 295 so would a 470 be a good choice.

Short answer, Yes, though maybe not quite as fast as your 295 in raw performance, you may want a 480 for equal raw performance
