Dx11 issues

Hi, I installed a HIS 7950 graphics card last week, but cant play dx11 games.

Crysis 3 wont load because it says I don't have a dx11 gpu, and far cry 3 blood dragon only plays with dx9 theres no dx11 option when I know the game uses it.

My OS is Windows 7 64bit and dxdiag says I have dx11 installed. Help.

I have Catalyst version 13.4, i'm going to try the beta 13.6.
