Was looking for a decent program to fix the distortions of my 14-24.
Ordinarily I would have orientated my camera so I didn't get keystoning issues, but there wasn't enough room for me to step back and get everything in the frame.
Works amazing with people stretching at the edge of as well.

Only slight problem for me is that you've over done it a little.
My brain is expecting a little perspective distortion so seeing an completely upright building from that angle makes it look odd.

@PP

Yes, but that is what your eyes/brain see's in real life, you just used to seeing falling over pictures.

I assume our eyes work like tilt shift lenses that correct such distortions?

Yeah same... Whilst it's interesting to see it how it looks after, I pretty much expect things to look like the original so the modified one looks odd hehe

I think in terms of a more natural look, leave it with a slight, may be 1 degree distortion at the top might work better than perfectly straight.

Thats a great effect but I find it hard to look at as it doesn't look natural to me at all. Nice software though if its capable of doing that as Ive not seen other programs able to correct perspective like that before.

That's cool :) I bet architects love that program. I'd love to try that in some old photos I have of churches. Well, had until my drive killed itself.

Thats much more natural for me as the sky has no detail in it in that is being noticeably distorted. Everything looks like its at the right distance, just like a brain would process the info from the eyes.

Might have to give this a trial, 17mm on full frame is pretty wide but most of my wides are showing perspective and perspective is lost when you "correct" the lines!
