Dxracer,support and warrenty problems...please help

Hi all,
Bought a dxracer chair in December and it's developed a "wobble" problem,it's like the hydralic lift isn't tight in the chair Base. Anyway,emailed support who said it's not the issue and to contact dxracer,dxracer said it's upto overclockers.

I really don't want to start getting into the sales of goods and all that,but would like someone to have a look into this for me.

As I understand,due to it being 2 months old it's upto overclockers to fix or whatever.

I'm only 9stone so it isn't my weight.

ahhh this is the problem with dx they suck .. have a dx chair bought it off a company on the bay .. 2 yrs down the line the frame on the seat splits ..
contact dx and they say because it was not sold by them warranty is void .. it's a ******* dx chair paid £200 for it
they really do lack in customer service and there so called warranty ..
I've had to cut the frame away and do a fix with a steel bar works .. but will be replacing it with either a gt or a noble .
