As I've recently posted, I've started my own website.

However as a BT customer I don't have a Static-IP.

I was wondering whether there's anything out there that I can use to forward the page from my domain when the IP changes?

If you're wanting a free solution then i'd use something like No-IP (or any Dynamic DNS provider) and create a hostname to your dynamic IP (obviously run their ip update client on your web server). Then create a CNAME record from your domain to your dynamic IP hostname - either via your domain registrar, if they offer that functionality (most don't offer it free), or use a free DNS provider like Hurricane Electric (http://dns.he.net; create an account, point your domain to their nameservers and create the CNAME record).
