Dying 670?

I bought 2 KFA2 GeForce GTX 670 EX OC around 07/12 which have ran flawlessly in SLI with a 3770k, Z77 Sabertooth and an Antec 1200w PSU ever since.

However on Monday I have started to get the dreaded " Event ID 14 from source nvlddmkm cannot be found" errors.

I am getting BSODS, sound glitches(during more intensive graphical activity) and general instability.

I can't seem to find any fix for these errors

I have reinstalled windows, rolled back drivers and removed my overclock (CPU, GFX was at stock).

I am now at the point where I think it has to be a hardware fault with one of the cards, any suggestions ?

Apart from the obvious try one card at a time, nothing else comes to mind. i have 1 of those cards too.

Yup that was next on my list, one at a time and in diff slots also.

my next suggestion is buy a 780 or 2 if you find you have to RMA one of the 670's and sell the other.

Yeah to be honest I was going to see what Maxwell had in store so I may suffer on just the one card as I don't play very demanding games until there's more info.

I bet this is going to be hard to RMA if it does end up being one card.

Allegedly kfa have a good rma. 1 card is good enough for me but coming from 2 you might not like it.
