Maybe he has not setup his hdr properly
I am now on the last mission. Already maxed out level and on legendary level 2. All side quests and everything done.
Will finish it off tomorrow

What is your scene brightness setting?
I think I have windows and the monitor set up correctly.
The only bits I sometimes don't know what to do with is when they give you HDR sliders in game.
Like in SH2 I think the HDR settings in that are very complicated. I usually just leave it on the default when I have no idea what it's talking about.
I think the only one I do know to change is brightness to 1000 as I use peak 1000 on the monitor.

For this game you wanted to change monitor to HDR 400, recalibrate in windows and in game set scene brightness to 1.

Completed now. Took 37 hours but I did everything the game has to offer. Nothing left to do on the map now.
I see. I only have 18 out of 35. But I never bothered looking at achievements. The ones I got were just while I was playing rather than looking up how to achieve them.
