Dynamically Switchable Clock Speed

Just wondered if there was any file or tweak I could use to fix my laptops processor speed to 2.2Ghz.

It's a sweet Satellite X200, any info will do.

In the BIOS, it might have an option to turn on/off speedstep (the technology behind dynamic clock speeds).
If that's not there, try the Power Options, and choose something like Home Office PC (for XP) or High Performance (Vista).
