Hello, odd request but I'll do my best:
Company I just started for is using the software, I have no idea where or what to do except setting up the client on the machine. I have an individual who was running x64 who couldn't print, found out that x64 isn’t supported so I knocked her down to Pro but she still can't print. 3 other people can print the same item, and her print option is grayed out. I can't get in touch with our company that set it up. I want to know if there is a problem with her permissions or even if indeed there are permissions and whether it’s going to be in AX cfg or in Active Dir.
I've tried Google, but to no avail.
