Dystopia HL2 Mod release date

After 3 years of being in beta, Dystopia version 1 is going to be released next weekend.

12:00 a.m. Saturday February 24, 2007 in GMT
07:00 p.m. Friday February 23, 2007 in US EST
11:00 a.m. Saturday February 24, 2007 in AU ESDT

I remember playing this and I thoroughly recommend that you download the full version next weekend. It was a lot of fun.

Multiplayer mod. It's like in sort of cyber space and you can choose to be either Light, Medium or Heavy guy. And obviously the lighter you are, the faster you go, but the less weapons you can carry. And the heavier you are, the slower you go, but you can carry rocket launchers etc. There are lots of interesting addons like Stealth for light people and different vision modes IIRC.

The question is will there be enough servers to make it worth playing. If its anything like it was the other week it won't be worth the bandwidth

Just played a little bit of it seems pretty hard to pick up im not sure what im supposed to be doing half the time

I thought the previous version was just a 'demo' and the next release was going to be like Ship where you have to pay around £10 for it?

It's a very well made mod anyway. Can't wait to play this version.

Seems very fun, I love going heavy, with thermal vision and Baselisk gun

I can always mow down those annoying light's with their stealth and kitana's.

T'is good! Really well polished game.

Enjoying the options although the cyberworld 'Lawnmower Man' part is a bit strange and reminds me of Tron.

Great idea though, might see some of you on there!
