E-commerce site using PHP

Is there a script/prog available to create an online shop with catalouge.

I have installed http://sapid.sourceforge.net/ at the following address
http://www.aumz.com/shop

I do like this format but it does not come with a shopping cart or payment system.

Is there something out there that does this all in one or would I need to install each part seperate.

If I wanted to create an online store with the full security that is needed and I wanted the money to go into a business account I had (not using Paypal or others) how would I do this and what is needed, costs, etc

Get a pro web company to do it for me...lol
