e-mail accounts

OK yesterday I installed a clean copy of snow leopard on my macbook pro with its new ssd. I then transferred my itunes folder over and synced my iphone with the new install. so everyhing went across including my g-mail account IMAP but not my two pop e-mail accounts. My question is how do I get them off my iphone on to my mac.
