E-mail address for microsoft re: xbox 360?

Hi there, just wondering if anyone can help me.

I need to get into contact with microsoft about a query with the 360, i can only seem to find their e-mail addresses for technical help though, does anyone happen to know where i can find the address for customer services or something along those lines?

On a side note, i have just got the hard-drive and am having some issues downloading some of the demos on Live, they seem to stop a little while into the download and say that this demo cannot be downloaded, at first i thought that it was because i was trying to play a game at the same time, but even when i am just looking around Live, it pops up with the same message?!!?

Phone them. Much quicker, don't see why e-mail would be needed over phoning.

yeah those were the addresses that i found before, those e-mails are only for technical support.
