E-mail filtering

Hello people

I need to be able to block or allow mail out depending on whether the "To" address matches a list of allowed mail addresses. Can anyone suggest any software to do this?

Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. Basically, most E-mail software have a filter tool or rule/s system

Never used them (apart Thunderbird's Junk Mail Filter) so I assumed works both ways

Firewall/Anitvirus software??
