We currently send our customers e-mail newsletters via plain e-mail, these are all solicited mails and not spam. What we'd like to do is have is perhaps have the e-mails content web hosted and have the click-throughs tracked to get better visibility of what are customers are interested in.
Had various meeting with a few providers and feel that while they're offering very powerful solutions it'd be completely overkill for our needs.
Does any one use an off the shelf software package they would recommend?
