E-mails on 2 machines??

I collect my emails currently on my laptop from my own domain ([email protected])

Is it possible to collect them on 2 machines, i wish to have them all on both my laptop and my desktop machines, with identical records on both of sent, recieved etc. and be able to collect the latest ones on either machine.

How would i go about setting this up?

Use IMAP.

Their will be information in the control panel of your domain, or on the FAQ Site of the domain host.

So that would allow both to be syncronised and both to download them - what happens about space on the server, do they "live" there or are they local like pop3?

Ah, so if they are deleted from the server they dissapear from the local machines as well?

POP3 with the keep on the server option - however, I don't think that sent items will match up.

What about Google Mail - use your own domain, GMails got loads of storage?

You could try Hosted Exchange.
