E207WFP - Texture Ripping

Just go a Dell E207WFP and started to play CSS.
Everything looks great except i am getting lots of random texture ripping around the middle of the screen (like you used to see on old Nvidia cards)

Is this normal for a wide screen TFT as i did not get it on my 17inch.

I'm guessing that's another name for tearing. If it is, the only way to get rid of it is to turn on v-sync, and if the game doesn't have such an option, force v-sync on with your video card driver control panel.
