Gonna be getting a stopgap CPU tomorrow until the price of the wolfdales drop in price a bit.

Is the E2180 worth the extra tenner over the E2160?

I'll be overclocking them anyhow and aiming for at least 3Ghz.

Well I'm running my E2180 at 8 x 400 so I may as well have got an E2140!

My buddy runs his E2160 at 3.2ghz with low vcore and not to stellar cooling on my old 650i board.

The reason why I sold my 650i board was because it really held back my G0, Im glad I sold the board and not the cpu.

I'm running my E2140 at 3.2 (400x8). The higher multiplier may help but they don't tend to go too much higher than 3.2 anyways.
