Hi

I recently received an OEM E2160 - it appears to have minor scuff marks and scratches to the cap - should I be worried about this? It almost looks like it was used once, cleaned up and put back in its box.

Cheers

Yep, you are fine, a lot of them have marks on the top, its part of the maufacturing process. There was a thread about it in the past a few months ago.

Hi I received my oem C2Q in a little tiny unsealed box which is i believe the norm,But on opening i noticed a couple of symmetrical marks on heat shield a black facial hair and some bits of DNA stuck to the foam inside which i wasn't happy about i can tell you  massive
I could have returned it, well I had planned this build months before doing my research then booked a long w/end off work of which i had arranged for somebody to cover my round whilst i got on with this much looked forward to project, plus it turned out to be a good`n **02A680 for some reason i can not enter my proper batch No which begins with ** or ell eight

Mm you could always get the long lense out and be creative You know the score with a little imagination try few different angles sure you could come up with something ;)

Havent tried clocking it yet, been a mission over the past 4 days to get Vista x64 installed and working :(

But, it is running around 25C idle and touching 30C when pushed, so Im sure it has plenty of room for silly clocks!!
