Am I correct in thinking that the extra money on E4500 isnt worth it?

The E2160 will overclock to similar speeds right?

Perhaps it has something to do with Memory and Motherboard?

I was thinking of giving him:
Abit IP35
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC2-6400C4 800MHz Ultra Low Latency DDR2 Dual Channel Kit
Thermalright Ultima-90i CPU Cooler
And the E2160
(Only most important parts listed!)

Edit: Is it better paired with 1000Mhz+ memory?
