E2180 CPU Cooler

Just taken delivery of an Intel Core 2 Duo E2180 + Abit IP35 mobo, my question is, do I stick with the standard CPU cooler or fit a Zalman CNPS9500-LED CPU Cooler that I already have?

Anyone, dont want to fit the wrong one and end up cleaning all the thermal paste off the CPU

got one of these for a friend, put on a freezer 7 pro, running at 2.6 with ease and at 20-25c, what a chip.
gave it a bit more voltage to make sure 10X260
