E2180 or E2200?

Hey there

So I am buying a new CPU, but I want to know whether I should get the C2D E2180 or the E2200. The reason for me asking is I've heard the E2200's are unstable when OC'ed to around 3GHz, which is what I will be planning to aim for but the E2180's are stable even to around 3.2GHz. So which should I choose and why?

Well I will be using the Gigabyte GA-73PVM-S2H GeForce 7100 Micro-ATX mobo and Akasa AK-965 CPU cooler. Will these components be good enough for OC'ing a E2200 to about 3GHz?
