E2180 speed problems

Well i got my E2180 yesterday with my P5E and it is showing up in CPU-z as being a bit off of the speed it should be.

The speed is constantly changing between 1203.3 and 1203.9 and the multiplier has been set at 6.0.

How do i fix this?
