Anyone any input on upgrading an E2180 CPU, basically is it worth it or not, if so what to go for and what would be the benifits?

you are going to need atleast something like an E7/8400 in dual core to get a good jump in speed as you have a good OC clock speed on the CPU you hasve now

I am in the process of doing the same thing from my E2160 and strangely nearly the same board :), I have opted for a good clocking Q6600 which should be a MASSIVE jump.
