E22.biz have you used them ?? ive got problems help

Hi

i placed a order with E22.biz on tuesday and payed via paypal (thank god)
then later that evening i had a email saying they had received my order and is now being processed
with a order number

so its now saturday and still nothing. i emailed them yesterday asking were my order is but no reply !

my order total is just under £20 but £4.50 of that is postage cost
all ive ordered is Sleeving Sample Pack,Stealth Combs Clear,Teleios - Gold.

and so i expected it to be here by now.

what to do as they dont have a phone number and they are not replying to emails !?!?!
 
Their website says 1-2days for dispatch and 1-3 business days for delivery. That gives you a delivery window of Thursday to next Tuesday.
well i ordered it tuesday, so it should have been dispatch no later than thursday. and then royal mail first class delivery 1-3 days. so from friday-saturday (today) or monday so no later than monday. but so far ive not had any dispatch notice or a reply back from my email.

i do hope they are busy and i hope business is good, but i think its a basic customer service to keep the payed customer in the loop with whats happening with their order. if they can not handle the amount of business they have then more staff or if this is not possible then at least update their store front so customers know .

its also because i expect the same service as i get from overclockers.co.uk Removed.

great service from them all with fast dispatch times and delivery, and they keep the customer informed on whats happening with their order.

well i will have to see if anything turns up monday or if i get a reply back from my email.

At what time did you contact them on Friday? You do realise it is the weekend right ? :p
yes of course i understand its the weekend but that should not stop them from working, most of us work on the weekend. and with the power of the magic internet i would assume they can receive my message on their phone,laptop or home pc. and with the owner Nate George been on twitter and E22 facebook page who i have messaged.

maybe in just expecting a good high standard of service that im used to getting when shopping online but not getting from this company
 
No it is not about having a "good high standard of service", you seem to be expecting a level of service that a larger company would give you from what appears to be a very small company. Not every company works weekends, particularly small specialist ones, and just because it is possible to check emails at any time doesn't mean that they will or even if it is reasonable to expect them too.

Frankly you are coming across as overly demanding and unrealistic.
i dont think im been demanding or unrealistic at all, ive brought and payed for some products and and in return i expect them to be with me in a fair time.

lets see what tomorrow brings.

No, most people work monday - friday.


He probably does receive messages but most people wouldn't work on their days off either.
Most people don't work just monday to friday, you must be very naive. almost 99% of all shops in your town just like my town don't close on a friday and then re-open on monday again.
millions of people work at the weekend and some have to work 6 days a week, every week.
people who have a job that's only monday to friday are very few and far between.
