* e3 2008 Live Coverage Discussion *

Don't see what all the fuss is about. All we are going to hear about it stuff that's not going to be out for ages anyway :( :p
 
There was plenty shown last year that was only a couple of months away from release.

I think small 6-8 month launch windows are going to become much more common from now on, publishers are seeing how silly it is to try and maintain interest over the currently more standard 18 month - 2 year timeframe (and that's before taking any delays into account).

That does look rather good, although it's an automatic fail if the AI is even half as bad as it was on Instincts:Predator.

For those who want to the UK times for the big 3 conferences, PST is 8 hours behind so,
Microsoft at 10.30 am PST on the 14th July is 18:30 UK time
Nintendo at 9:am PST on the 15th July is 17:00 UK time
Sony at 11.30 15th July is 19:30 UK time

Also does anyone think it will be a good idea to have separate threads for the Nintendo, Microsoft and Sony conferences? I can see this thread getting rather cluttered over the next few days? And leave this for all the other companies there ie EA Ubisoft etc?
