E36 M3 Evo vs. Non

I was expecting that video to end as the e36 slid into the Merc or something - at least it may have put both cars out of their misery.

I'd be far more impressed with seeing somebody in a bog 316i doing that sort of tail slide, at least its a bit of a challenge to get the back end out with one of those!

Destined to die in the hands of cretins.


Ultimately,as DarrenM343 says, the e46 is so much a better car. If you really want a decent e36 M3, look no further than this.....

Alas, at its price - £ 14k! - you'd be mad not to buy an e46.

What a nice example though, I have seen this in the flesh as such, its like new.

But thats video i put up just to show the kicking they can get. A 3.0 is a very reliable engine. Believe me, night after night over here cars are out blackening junctions.

Also, the cars (m3's) over here are actually a lot cheaper. You could buy a 3.0 m3 that will do the above for 2k if you know where to look.

There are some pretty cheap ones over here too, I've seen more than one sub £2k e36 M3 in London. - For sale at the roadside usually.... mobile number, meet a thug sales patter most likely as well! Last one was an L reg saloon, looked ok bar the rusty arches.....

Thing is, it would cost you £2k again getting it right at a guess....

Well thats it. At 2k over here and generally 80% of m3's are bought for diffin...as its called. Like, i know a mate that was going away for the weekend to the donegal rally and he was looking for a m3 just for that weekend alone. And at 2k, it will do very well at hitting roundabouts and around cones etc.

However, thats not what im into and both my cars were decent examples. I just didnt like the evo compared to my 3.0
