e39 Parking Sensor

I have got a dodgy sensor, anyone know how to swap them out?

If its not one of the ones you can reach to with the bumper in situ then you need to remove the bumper. The two inner ones are the pain.

its rear on the outside (passenger side)

You should be able to get the rubbing strip off and it comes with that IIRC.

EDIT: it normally works after a drive but not first thing
