is the asrock 775 dual vista compatible with the new e4300, if so what sort of overclock can i expect. i will be using my existing pc3200 (2gb) ddr until i can afford some ddr2, will the memory type make a differance to the overclock as the board has a low fsb ? i am using an ati 1950 pro agp at the moment and i think my cpu is bottle- necking (athlon xp 2800) 3d marks 6945 05 / 3886 06 , am i right in thinking this card can do better ? thanks for any help...

Yes that card deserves better than that. It should be getting around 8000/9000 in 05.

Ram shouldn't be an issue as you can run mem divider so it won't limit your oc. I think that mobo should be capable of 300Mhz FSB which brings that 4300 upto 2.7Ghz, not sure though.
