e4300 / Asus P5B / Geil DDR2 help

Hi

Just taken delivery today of the bits listed in the title and am waiting for an Arctic Cooling fan for the processor. I've had a look at the e4300 overclocking thread but most of it sails straight over my head....

Just wondering if anyone knows of a link with a nice easy 'how to...' guide on how to o/c my set up - I don't need to go crazy, just get a decent / safe overclock so that my baby can fly, not fry!

Any help would be really, really appreciated, google search suggestions etc would be good too.

A lot of it might go over your head, but its worth reading and trying to understand. I certainly wouldnt reccomend just jumping into the Bios and trying random settings in the hope that it works.

lol, I did think I might fry things a little....

I have had a look at the faq, which is very helpful. However, are the 'rules' similar for any mobo / processor? Are there any oddities with the Asus / C2D combo? *dives back into the c2d overclocking section*
