E4300 or E6300

As title.. these c2d CPU's seem similarly specced and similar in price, so I'm not sure which one to go for. The thing to consider is whichever one I choose will be in an SD32G2 Shuttle chassis with PC-5400 memory (the shuttle won't support above 667mhz)... not sure if this makes a difference!
