E4300 VRD11 needed?

I have the right chipset for Core 2, but I dont think I have this new VRD11 voltage requirement.

Since the E4300 is based on the Allendale chip, not the Conroe one, would I be ok?
Or does it still NEED this VRD11 thing?
 
It still needs it I'm afraid. It's still the same Core 2 architecture, simply redesigned with less L2 Cache.
