E4400 normally good clockers?

The reason I ask is that I have just bought one from the MM and so far I've gone up to 2.8GHz (stock 2Ghz) without upping the voltage, still Prime 95 stable.

Anybody else have good luck with one?

I had a E4300 that was prime stable at 3.4Ghz with 1.45v.

Hit and miss with those man, mostly had E4500 and most were just about good for 3.4Ghz at around 1.4-1.5v but a lot of em were crappy too and needed lotsa volts for only 3Ghz etc.. All ran hotter than any Core 2 cpu i've had from memory.

That's still pretty good though for a chip that is 2GHz at stock.
